Dr. Benito A. Oliveros received his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Master of Science major in Animal Science from the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB). He got his Doctor of Philosophy major in Animal Science with specialization in Ruminant Nutrition from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, U.S.A. Dr. Oliveros served the University of Philippines Los Baños as faculty member from 1977 to 1998 teaching animal nutrition courses and serving as adviser to undergraduate and graduate students. In 1996, he joined Roche Philippines, Inc. as Animal Nutrition Manager and in 1997 he was assigned as Regional Technical Manager to provide technical support to sales and marketing of vitamins, enzymes and carotenoids in Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia. With the acquisition of DSM of the vitamin business of Roche in 2003, Dr. Oliveros continued his service to DSM Nutritional Products Philippines until 2013. In 2014, he was assigned as Regional Technical Manager for Carbohydrase of DSM Nutritional Products Asia Pacific Ltd. Pte. until his retirement in July 2016. He continued his service with DSM as consultant until 2017. He is also a consultant to Equalivet Inc., a company distributing feed additives and Vision 2000 Feedmill Corp. Currently, Dr. Oliveros is the In-Country Representative for Philippines of United States Soybean Export Council (USSEC). Dr. Oliveros’ fields of interest are vitamin nutrition, enzymes in animal nutrition, feed formulation and feed technology. In recognition of his work as animal nutritionist, Dr. Oliveros received the PSAS Outstanding Animal Nutritionist Award given by the Philippine Society of Animal Science in 2010, the PHILSAN Outstanding Animal Nutritionist Award given by the Philippine Society of Animal Nutritionists in 2015 and a Plaque of Recognition as Pillar of Animal Nutrition given by the Institute of Animal Science UPLB in 2017.

Mr Danilo V. Fausto obtained Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines and master’s in business administration post graduate studies from the De La Salle University.
Mr Danilo V. Fausto is currently the President of Philippine Chamber of Agriculture and Food, Inc. He is also a Member, Advisory Board of the Philippine Carabao Center, Chairman, Dairy Committee and President, DVF Dairy Farm, Inc., which is involved in the production, processing and marketing of fresh Carabaos milk and other dairy products.

Edwin Cabias Mapanao is the Assistant Vice President of Univet Nutritional and Animal Healthcare Company (UNAHCO) for Corporate Affairs and currently the President of the Philippine Association of Feedmillers Inc. (PAFMI). .
He is a passionate technocrat and strategic brand builder, completing his F.E. Marcos scholarship in B.S. Fisheries Major in Aquaculture from the University of the Philippines cum laude and Masters in Business Administration from Ateneo de Manila University. He also completed his Unilab-Harvard Leadership Programme. He is a Certified Professional Marketer in Asia and bagged the highest marketing excellence award in the Philippines given by the prestigious Philippine Marketing Association, 2008 Agora Awardee for Outstanding Achievement in Marketing Management (2008 Marketing Man of the Year). He is one of the founding members of the Marketing Institute of the Philippines. He is an Associate Professor at the De La Salle University RVR COB Graduate School teaching Marketing Strategy and Practice and Strategic Planning.

Dr. Nino Jesus Bagui obtained his doctor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine at University of the Philippines Los Banos in 2004. He is currently affiliated with Sorosoro Ibaba Development Cooperative (SIDC) where he rose from the ranks of being an extension/farm veterinarian to AVP for Revenue Business Group.
He is spearheading the cooperative’s Agri-related business cluster; provides strategic direction, financial and operational analysis support to regional units. He has immense passion for agricultural community development and manpower career advancement.

He has almost 10 year experience in product development and nutrition in pet food industry. With piglet nutrition expertise and research experience, she is now responsible for the global piglet portfolio of Nutrifeed and the global technical support thereof.

Dr. Riley received a Ph.D. in Nutritional Biochemistry from Cornell University in the U.S., and he completed post-doctoral studies in Biochemistry at the University of Minnesota and in Endocrinology at the University of Manitoba in Canada. He has worked as a professor and in industrial settings in the U.S., Canada, China, and the Philippines, and with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada in Ottawa. His research experience has involved studies with humans, rats, poultry, swine, and aquatic species. Dr. Riley has operated a consulting business from his Hong Kong office since 2012, and he is currently serving as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Biology at the University of the Philippines-Visayas and in the Institute of Environmental and Marine Sciences at Silliman University in Dumaguete, Negros Oriental, Philippines, where he resides with his wife.

DR. LILY LI has a PhD in Ruminant Physiology and Nutrition and a Master’s degree in Poultry Nutrition. She has over twenty-two years’ research and commercial experience across poultry, swine, ruminant, aqua nutrition and production. She also has more than 10 years commercial feed industry experience as Senior Technical Manager with multi-national companies for Asia Pacific Region. This made her very familiar with the feed and farming enterprises within the Asia Pacific region. She also has five years’ worth of experience researching and teaching at the University of New England as a lecturer in Animal Nutrition. She has produced 45 refereed publications and has given numerous oral presentations at scientific meetings and industry events.

DR. SHERWIN I. CAMBA is a prominent academic and researcher in the field of Veterinary Science. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) in 2013 and later pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Veterinary Science at Osaka Prefecture University, Japan, from 2016 to 2020. His dissertation focused on Salmonella contamination in layer farms due to rodent infestation. Currently, Dr. Camba holds the position of Assistant Professor 5 at UPLB's Institute of Animal Science, where he imparts knowledge on animal science and poultry production. He has also worked as an Independent Veterinary Consultant, offering technical support to various agricultural sectors and serving as a resource speaker at agricultural and veterinary events. Dr. Camba's research contributions have been published in esteemed international journals. Notably, his work has included the molecular diagnosis and characterization of poultry pathogens and epidemiological studies. His professional affiliations include memberships in the Philippine Veterinary Medical Association (PVMA) and the World Poultry Science Association. Dr. Camba is a Diplomate of the Philippine College of Poultry Practitioners (PCPP) and an Associate Member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP). His dedication to advancing veterinary science and animal welfare is a testament to his passion and expertise in the field.

ERMIN MAGTAGNOB graduated from the University of the Philippines Los Baños with a degree of BS in Agriculture with focus in Animal Science and specialization in Swine Nutrition. He began working with CJ Philippines Inc. in 2003 as a researcher. Ermin joined Cargill Philippines in 2008 as a formulator and then Novus in September 2016 as a Technical Services Specialist covering the Philippines, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Ermin joined ADM Animal Nutrition in November 2022 to provide assistance and engage customers on unique and technical application of feed additives and ingredients to drive ADM and customers business growth.

DR. WILLIAM W. RILEY has extensive expertise in various sectors spanning animal feed, food safety, quality applications, regulatory compliance, and the animal health industry. He has collaborated with diverse stakeholders including veterinarians, plant breeders, corporate executives, government officials, and agricultural producers across continents. He has a Ph.D. in Nutritional Biochemistry from Cornell University, an M.Sc. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Tennessee, and a B.Sc. in Physical Education from the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Riley has assumed pivotal roles, such as CEO and President of WWR and Associates, Ltd., Visiting Professor at Ateneo de Manila University, Professorial Lecturer at the University of the Philippines - Diliman, and Professor at Jinan University, Guangzhou, China. He has also served as a Technical Consultant for numerous companies in China and beyond, impacting various industries. Notable achievements include his role as a Market Development Manager at Ontario Soybean Growers and a Special Advisor to the Director General at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. Dr. Riley's involvement with organizations such as XCAN Grain Pool Ltd., Ag-West Biotech Inc., and Canola Council of Canada reflects his commitment to enhancing agricultural practices, food safety, and industry growth.

PEDRO E. URRIOLA is from Venezuela and studied the equivalent to Veterinary Medicine at the Universidad Central de Venezuela. He completed an MS at the University of Minnesota and a PhD in Swine Nutrition at the University of Illinois. After that, Pedro worked at Cargill Animal Nutrition in Elk River, Minnesota. Currently, Pedro is an Associate Professor at the Department of Animal Sciences of the University of Minnesota. Pedro works in collaboration with the Integrated Animal Systems Biology team on nutritional evaluation of agro-industrial co-products using novel techniques. In addition to feed evaluation projects, Pedro is involved in projects on the management and control of infectious diseases transmission such as African Swine Fever in his appointment and with collaborations with the College of Veterinary Medicine. Pedro is coauthor in more than 50 peer-review publications, two book chapters, and 4.5 million dollars in funding.

Dr. Nemie Falconite has a Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of the Philippines, Los Banos. He also holds a Diploma in Research and Development from the UP Open University, UP Los Banos. In addition, he was a proud member of Philippine Veterinary Medical Association (PVMA), a Diplomate of Philippine College of Swine Practitioners (PCSP) and previously hold a position as Vice President of Visayas-Mindanao Chapter of the Philippine Society of Animal Nutritionists (PHILSAN). Dr. Pradeep Krishnan, a veterinarian by vocation, joined Evonik (SEA) Pte
Ltd as Senior Technical Service Manager in 2015. In his current role as
Regional Technical Director, APAC Dr. Krishnan focuses on the future

Innovation i.e. Efficiency, Ecology and Food Quality and Safety.
Before joining Evonik (SEA) Pte Ltd, Dr. Krishnan served as a Nutritionist for
Srinivasa Farms Private Limited, India. Dr. Krishnan holds a Doctorate in
Poultry Nutrition from University of Nebraska Lincoln, USA and has

Mr. Leon is an Agricultural Science and Animal Nutrition expert based near Melbourne with 28 years of experience. He specializes in poultry and swine but also has beef, dairy, and other ruminant experience.
He holds an MBA and degrees in Agricultural Science from the University of Pretoria in South Africa focusing on Livestock Science and Animal Nutrition. His skills align agricultural production with financial goals, benefiting his customers.
His interests include business modelling, risk analysis, feed enzymes, feed processing, and feed formulation. He leads the Enzyme and Performance Feed Ingredients Technical Team in Asia Pacific for BASF's Animal Nutrition division and is active in several industry associations in ANZ."

Zancia Swart earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Pretoria in 2012, specializing in Animal Science and Nutrition. She later obtained a Master of Science in Animal Nutrition in 2018, focusing on fat quality and digestion in broilers, with a particular emphasis on the utilization of various fat sources alongside the application of bio-emulsifiers.
Bringing hands-on experience from swine and poultry farming, Zancia joined Kemin in 2012, where she has since held various roles spanning technical support, product management, and marketing. Her expertise spans across feed mills, rendering, oxidation, and fat digestibility. Now based in Asia, she directs her efforts towards enhancing fat quality and utilization.
